This is her...ahem..."attack". It stings the enemy a little but is usually just a distraction. Still really cute though :)
History:
This is Sailor Chibi Moon, also known as . . . Serena Tsukino??
By way of explanation, she is the daughter of King Endymion and
Neo-Queen Serenity . . . or Darien and Serena in the future. Whichever
way you look at it, she is Sailor Moon's daughter, and destined
to inherit everything Serena is responsible for. To avoid confusion,
everyone calls her Rini, short for Serena. Rini hates being treated
like a little girl. She would love to be a lady like her mother,
