A large tidal wave crashes down and floods the floor. She brings her hands together above her head, Some of the water around her collects above her hands and gathers into a funnel. She then shouts "Submerge!", creating two walls of water on either side of her. Then she brings one arm out in front of her and holds the other out beside her, the funnel and the remaining water spraying at the enemy. History: This is Sailor Neptune, also known as Michiru Kaiou.
Michiru is the complete opposite of her tomboy partner, Haruka. She's very ladylike, probably even moreso than any of the other senshi. She loves to play the violin, and she's a very talented artist. As Sailor Neptune, the second senshi of water, she is serious and dedicated to her cause. She's willing to sacrifice herself both for the universe, and for Haruka/Uranus, whom she cares deeply for.
