After breathing these words, electricity crackles in the Garnet Orb of her Time Staff and forms a ball of pure energy that is shot at the enemy. "Dark Dome Close!" Sailor Pluto's forbidden attack. Using this power would mean her death. Shouting this stops time in its place until she decides to start it again. In the manga, she used this attack to stop Black Lady. In the Anime, she used it to save Haruka and Michiru. She was killed for these instances and later reborn. One would think that, if time was stopped for everyone but Pluto...who would really notice it? ^_^ History: This is Sailor Pluto. She is the Guardian of Time, and is the most mysterious and unpredictable of the Senshi. She speaks in riddles to keep others from knowing too much about the future, or about her past.
In the series, not very much is known about her and her closest friends are the Outer Senshi. When she's not guarding the Time Gates, Pluto's name is Setsuna Meiou, a sophisticated girl who loves shopping and designing clothes. To Pluto, her natural form (Setsuna) is more of a decoy. A way to interact with others to supply or gather information in order to make sure the prophecy is correctly carried out. Though sometimes it causes more trouble than it prevents.
